If you’re not careful, challenges layer on top of other challenges. If you’re not careful, these challenges snowball into one huge mess. If you’re not careful, one tiny non-event can cause things to explode.
Split them up. List them up. Think of the challenges one by one. See them as individual tasks rather than one big mess.
Then go ahead a work on them, one by one.
Things only get worse if you let them. Reverse engineer it so that things are controllable.
It’s not rocket science, but it does involve initiative and the ability to say no.
