Just being ok with being

The aim of meditation, if there were to be one

The aim of meditation, if there ever were to be one, is the simple practice of being ok with being. It’s about putting yourself in the moment, staying there, and being content with that.

Make this a regular practice, and you can more easily tap into the sensations you get when you’re in that state. Do it out in nature where things are unpredictable, and you can better deal with the unpredictable.

Just being ok with being, isn’t that hard in theory. But it does take practice. And that we can do.
