Poisonous people

Yamabushi

Unfortunately, every once in a while we come across people who want nothing more than to see us fail. So much so that they actually go out of their way to do just that. A lot of the time, this is due to something happening between you that they take personal. These people need a good dose of Uketamo, and to just live and let live, lest they inadvertently poison themselves.

Focus on what you can do in this situation. You have the option to lash out at them, but doing so means that you too will become poisonous, and that poison might just come and strike you when you least expect it. Being able to Uketamo in these situations is difficult, but this just shows how important it is to do so. Do everything in your might to bite your upper lip, and then try earnestly to forget about it. If they don't let up, the negativity they are carrying will speed up their implosion. Best to Uketamo, and move on.
