Salmon and capers recipe

A recipe I modified for my satisfaction. I had a craving for some salmon so I looked at a few recipes online and came up with my own:

Set a pot of water to boil for pasta, spaghetti or I used tortellini.

Season salmon with salt and pepper and chuck it on a skillet. Cook until it changes to the colour you want.

Add olive oil to a pan and fry four cloves of finely sliced garlic and about a teaspoon of capers. Fry until texture is good.

When the pasta is ready, combine all the ingredients with the capers and garlic.

Add a sprinkling of chili powder and a good helping of parsley. Sprinkle over some lemon juice and mix well.

Plate it up and sprinkle parmigiano regiano on top for a little bit more texture.

Bon appetit!
