Unique culture

There are some aspects of Japanese culture that don't cross over to other cultures. One easy example would be Reiwa, the new age we entered this year. This sort of information you need to have before conducting any business here, but when you're not in that location it can be hard to come by. If you're aiming to do business with another group of people, it may help to actually live with them at least for a short while. If you don't, you don't stand much chance of success there.
