Accept and Dance

The more you dance, the easier to accept.

Sure things have been tough in the past, but it doesn’t mean they have to be tough in the future.

Tough experiences in life are extremely testing. But if anything, they prove we have what it takes to get through. Our experiences build and build, and give us valuable insights (that’s why they’re called experiences) that help us as we forge on into the future.

These are experiences we cannot ever forget, but we don’t have to actively remember the bad parts. What we should remember is that we made it through, and that we can make it through again.

Accept these experiences. Dance with them. Move with them. Respond to them. Relax, and let them take their course.

The more you dance, the easier to accept.
