Accepting decisions made

Say a decision doesn’t go your way. If you’re agreeable, you are more likely to accept it, and take it as the logical course of action that it should be accepted, even though the decision may not be final. Fight back and see if it is. Don’t just let the decision be made, you may have some say on how it turns out in the end.
