Be weary how you use your time

I completed a Sudoku game, and it told me how much time had elapsed. They are probably going for the ‘can you beat this time?’ angle, but all I felt was ‘this is how much time this game took up, was it worth it? What else could you have done in that time?’

It’s fine to play games. They are fun and can be a good break from daily life every once in a while. But if you let them, they can be very consuming too. Like social media, games are engineered to keep us engaged and playing for longer, despite the lack of benefits they give us.

Best to keep an eye on the clock.
