Baby steps

Every day, do something towards your goal, no matter how small. Some days you won’t be feeling it, and that’s ok. Just do what you consider to be the bare minimum. On days when you do feel it, you’ll have the advantage of the prior day’s effort, and that is a million times better than having to start over from scratch.
