Bare feet

My Jandal broke in the supermarket. I was walking along and all of a sudden, snap, the piece that attaches to the base had split. It was unrepairable. What was a man to do? Well, walk barefoot of course. The looks man, the looks from the other people during that short 3 minute stint without any shoes. Such a contrast to NZ where this is a daily occurrence.

Anyway, recently I've been out walking at night barefoot, so my feet are somewhat used to walking on gravel. In fact, I quite enjoy it. It feels quite nice indeed. So when I stepped outside onto that hard and uneven road, I was pretty comfortable to be honest. I quite enjoyed the feeling that I got from the bottom of my feet. And I also wondered what would happen if I 'broke' my jandal more often.

ENJOYED THIS? HAVE MORE.
