Conditioning for the big moment

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

It’s much easier to practice when you have a set goal you are working towards. However, in recent years a lot of those goals have been taken away from us, meaning it takes much more to get motivated.

When it comes to something like exercise or even writing a blog, I like to think of it as being able to pounce when you need to. It’s about getting as ready as possible for when the big moment comes. Equally, it is about creating these opportunities for the big moment to come, or at least putting yourself in the position that you can take advantage of them when they arise.
