Delicious mistakes

Delicious mistakes are what happen when you screw up a recipe and over compensate with sugar or mayonnaise or anything else to hide the mistake. That’s the good thing about learning new recipes, if you know how to fix them into something edible when you screw up, it doesn’t really matter!

Well, that’s what happened tonight when I tried to make naan, the dough just didn’t work, but fortunately we used quite a bit of flour to fix it up into something resembling naan.
