Embracing Competition

Competition doesn’t have to be the competition we think

Competition for the sake of competition only gets us so far. Competition for the sake of becoming a better person, for the sake a better world, though? Well that’s a different story.

Competition is a form of validation. Competition is ‘your idea might have some legs, maybe I should try too’.

If competition makes you a better person, it should be invited, it should be embraced, it should be challenged.

Competition is how we all become better. It stops complacency, it keeps us on our toes. And more importantly, it pushes us forward.

Be thankful to your competition. They are helping make you a better person.
