Everyone hits the wall

Everyone.

We don’t know when, or what, but we do know we will.

Armed with this knowledge, we can mentally prepare ourselves for when it strikes.

And when it strikes, although simple, the answer is not easy.

Uketamo.

And move on.

That’s why practicing Uketamo on a periodic basis helps. That’s why learning to accept things for what they are, not what we wish them to be, helps.

When you inevitably hit the wall, you now know what to do.
