Fatigue taking its toll

I figured out why I haven’t been writing as much or doing as much in the mornings. It’s fatigue. I have a new found respect for people who have to get up early everyday and go to work. I’ve been doing that for the past month or so and it’s taking its toll. I guess not compensating by going to bed earlier might also be making a difference. So I guess that’s what I’ll be doing from now.

There has been only a slight shift in my working hours daily, but it’s enough to put me out of whack. When I don’t have the pressure of having early classes, it really does lift a weight off my back and I can take things much slower. This has a flow on effect to my mood too, which is not good 🙁

When I complained about having 8 classes, it would have been fine if they were 60 minute classes, but they’re not, they’re 105 minutes. So I guess I have to compensate by taking it easier in other aspects of my life!
