Get back to it
Stop and take a deep breath. There’s no need to rush into things, especially when things are rushed. In fact, the opposite is true. Rushing only causes grief. Slow it down. Take it one step at a time. Don’t let things compound by pausing for a moment and just letting things be.
Then, and only then, can you get back to it.
