Happy Yet Hungry: The Way to Live

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

Happy with what you’ve got. Happy with your situation. Happy you are alive. Happy you are here. Happy you have this world to live in. Happy you have people to share it with.

To be happy is to accept.

At the same time, without something to look forward to, without hunger, we lose drive and ambition. No drive and ambition leads to mediocrity, dissatisfaction, and a lack of happiness with what we’ve got.

Luckily (or not), we can never be fully satisfied. There’s always something new for us to try, an upgrade, or something on the horizon to work towards. If there isn’t, this should be your first port of call.

Happy yet hungry.

The way to live.
