Get them out of the way

Make it hard to put off. Set a deadline. Get all the things that need doing out of the way ASAP. The things that you aren’t sure how long will take, do them first. Then you’ll know how much time you have left to do the other things. Make things hard to put off by not putting them off in the first place. Just get them out of the way and move on to the next.
