Hit back hard

We all have our fair share of bad days. Things don’t go your way, things don’t go as expected, or you simply weren’t feeling it. How fast can you get over it when it’s not your day? How fast can you hit back? That’s what matters. The further you’re down, the more you have to grow, but to do so you’re going to have to hit back stronger than ever before.

What’s important is not to focus on what happened, but to focus on the current moment and how you can make that current moment the best moment it can be. This usually means making sure your mindset is positive, focusing on what you can do not what you can’t, and focusing on what you can do right now to hit back hard.
