You’re still going

As long as you’re still at it, it doesn’t really matter how slow you go. Stopping is the big issue, you need all the motion you can get to sustain things when it gets tough, and stopping is the worst thing you can do. But if you can keep it together with connected forward motion, however slow you go, as long as you go, you’re good.
