Lasting Change

And building habits

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit” -Aristotle.

What better reason to try your best at whatever you set out to do. Sure, it’s not always easy. Yet habits are things we can build. They are things we work towards, and just like the path or way, there is no natural end. Now is as good a time as any to make lasting change.
