Things we are naturally inclined to like, things we are naturally inclined to do, things that bring a positive energy to the world, these are the things our souls are telling us we should do.

So we should do them.

Our souls can be unpredictable, one day liking one thing, the next hating it. But as Master Hoshino says, if we live at the whim of our souls, they rejoice.

When we follow our soul’s inclinations, who knows where they will lead us. Most of the time though, our souls are leading us there because they have an inkling, or an innate knowledge, that it is the right thing to do. Even if in the moment it feels like the wrong thing to do, in time our souls let us know that it was indeed the right thing.

Everything is a process, and if we fight against it, often in ways society tells us to, then we’re only prolonging our soul’s agony. Best to listen to our soul, and let it guide us to do the things we love.
