Nothing is more freeing than when you have nothing to lose but everything to gain. Nothing is more freeing than when you have all the motivation in the world to stick your head down and get some good work done.

We need people to feel this way as they approach education and work, and we need to create environments that induce these feelings.

Then all we need to do is let them loose. Give them all the time and resources they need to get things done. And then it’s just a matter of rinsing and repeating.
