Refresh your batteries

Tim Bunting AKA Kiwi Yamabushi on Zao-san

No need to be a busy body

I know I hark on about action above everything else, but I mean it in moderation. You don’t always have to be doing something. You are perfectly fine just taking things easy, and in fact, that’s encouraged.

Put time in your calendar for unscheduled relaxation, or just time for yourself. This ‘downtime’ if you want to call it that, helps you recharge your batteries, and allows you to be more effective when it is time to go ahead and take action. If need be, you can use this time to decide a course of action, a workflow, or something else to help when you do get to action. But don’t feel forced to do this, and do take time off for a reset.
