Speak up and act out

I always say that ideas are never enough. Without acting on ideas, they are entirely useless. But if your idea requires the changing of the culture, then it is much more important that you act on it.

Which is to say I support those who share their thoughts and but also live by their values. My philosophy is to live and let live, so as long as you aren’t harming anybody, live your life and live your values. Perhaps even create something that is representative of those values: Making things better by making better things -Seth Godin.

Simply speaking up about a problem is never enough. It takes leadership, courage, and action to show what is viable. Only by acting on our ideas can we show others the possibility of a better future.
