Swimming well isn’t the important part.

The people at the pool get it. The people at home don't.

Even if your aim is to be the best swimmer in the world, the only way you can do that is by swimming.

Even if your aim is to lose weight by swimming, the only way you can do that is by swimming.

Even if your aim is to simply have fun by swimming, the only way you can do that is by swimming.

Simply thinking about how to do something or analysing it to pieces can never compare to actually doing it. Don’t worry about other people who do it better than you, just do it. That’s the only way you can get better than them anyway.

Swimming well isn’t the important part. Swimming is.
