Being able to prioritise is a core competency for leaders. If you aren’t able to say no to more than a few things, you risk losing course on your main mission, the one you are supposed to be leading.

There’s no two ways about it.

What is your mission? What are the things that could potentially derail it? Why are you doing those things?
