The backburner is the resistance

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

The backburner is just a guise for the resistance. If you’re like me, your to-do list is out the window, and you have a whole lot of half-done jobs sitting waiting to get done. They may come in a number of forms, an essay, a blog post, raw video footage waiting to be edited, this backburner is just an excuse for you to not ship. Ironically, I even have a to-do list on my backburner.

Schedule the time to do it. Maybe even set up some time to work on your backburner. Just make sure you do the jobs, or give them up completely.
