The best part about meditation is that you don’t need to do anything. You can just sit there, let thoughts come into your head, and let them pass through.

That’s it. That’s all you need to do. You don’t even need to be sitting either.

Meditation is one of those things where we do it, and then we wonder why we didn’t do it more. It’s one of those things that you know is good for you, but can’t always find the time.

Don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything.
