The last 200m

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

Is always the toughest. When I swim 800m, the point where I most often feel like giving in is about the 600m mark. 3/4 in, you know it'd be such a waste to stop then. But then I know I can rely on adrenaline to get me over.

The same thing happened with my MA, I felt like giving up in my second to last term. I'm so glad I didn't, that would have been a major waste.

This has got to be the dip that Seth Godin so eloquently talks about. That's why I think it's important to have positive self talk, and when combined with the trick where you reset your mind, anything is possible.
