Focus on the individual drum beats

It’s hard. Some would say impossible. If you have a massive task in front of you, listen for the individual beats. Find where one thing happens, then find it again, and again. Now all you need to do is find the other individual beats, and piece them all back together one by one.

Do that, and you have the makings of a masterpiece.
