The mind is an ocean

landscape photograph of body of water

The best way to make a dirty ocean clean is to keep it still.

A calm mind is a calm ocean. With minimal movement, the ocean goes calm.

Watch the waves come in, then slowly crash and disappear.

The waves are your thoughts. Just watch them come, and then let them crash into the shore. No need to get involved.

A calm mind. A calm ocean.

Peace.
