If anything, automate the personal touch

Things shouldn’t be automated simply because they can. Sure you may be more productive, but at what expense? The expense of a personal touch.

With recent developments the temptation to simply leave things up to AI is very strong. When it comes to things that require a personal touch, however, the things that humans will be the deciding factor on whether something is worthy of our time, then a personal touch wins every time.

When in doubt, give the personal touch.
