Nike: Just do it.

Uketamo: Just accept it.

The past is the past. It’s no use thinking about it, unless there are lessons there that are able to help you push forward in the now.

The future is the future. It’s no use thinking about it, unless it helps keep you grounded and focused on living well in the current moment.

The now is the now. This is all that exists, and the best way to live in the now is to accept it for what it is.

Just accept it.

Uketamo.
