Uketamo with an attitude

Giving up, and giving in.

You get to a point in life or your training where things just get ridiculous. It gets so much that you don’t know how things could get much worse

So you give up.

And you give in.

Uketamo with an attitude is when you simply don’t have any other way of moving on. Besides uketamo, of course.

The important thing is that you are uketamo-ing. Although you may not really want to in the moment, if you are able to accept things it makes things much easier, and if Uketamo with an attitude means you can uketamo, then so be it.
