That’s the thing. It doesn’t unless you do something about it. It takes constant effort and practice over a prolonged period of time. It takes perseverance and dedication time after time.

That’s the point of the discipline, and that’s exactly why you keep it up. Anything less and you’re just like the rest of them. Those who give up easy and don’t see the value in your determination.

But you see the value in your determination. It may be hard to put into words, but it’s there. It exists. And it pushes you forward, forever striving for better, forever demanding more.
