We can change the culture

If humans have created something, it means we have the ability to change it, or at least to start over.

When you live in two cultures, it becomes obvious that culture is something that humans have made.

This means that culture can be changed.

The culture of long hours in the office, allocation of only short holidays, and (unwarranted) unwavering loyalty to the boss that is so common in Japan can be changed.

The number of so-called 'black companies' here too, that can also be changed.

I'm not saying that it's easy, I'm saying that it's possible. Just like the brave blossoms, more people just need to believe it.
