What if’s

Making a decision makes things so much easier. Once you have something set in stone, you can base your following questions on that decision, not on the 'what ifs'.

It also affects your motivation. Once you've decided that you're going for something, and you're truly committed, it means you can back yourself more. That's why uncertainty is not good, and it's probably why we fear it.

That's the problem. This may be the Resistance speaking, but motivating yourself when the result is uncertain is quite difficult.

The thing is, without uncertainty, everything is predictable, and predictable is boring. Even then the predictable can become unpredictable, but uncertainty makes things more fun.

What if's may be hard to deal with, but they also make things fun.

That's why I'm ok with uncertainty. I think other people aren't as much, but I think it's better not knowing what's gonna happen, but trying for an optimal outcome for yourself.
