What we’re good at

We all have times when we question our suitability for doing different things. I believe this is connected to imposter syndrome, a common occurrence where we don't think we're good enough to do something, but I want to show a technique I learned yesterday to help find what we're good at.

What springs to mind when you ask yourself, 'why can't other people do this as well as me?' Or 'what do I naturally find easy to do that other people don't?'

If you have an answer to this question, great! Go with it! You've found something that you're good at, perhaps it's a skill you could develop even more, or something you enjoy.

If not, keep this in the back of your head as you go about your day to day life.

The other thing you can do is to think about the opposite to those questions, and work on them if they're important in helping you be better today than you were yesterday.
