A challenge, or a chance to grow?

By definition, challenges help us realise where we aren’t good enough, yet. Challenges help us realise that we need to make changes, sometimes big ones, but they also help us realise that sometimes things just aren’t worth changing.

Challenges could go either way.

Whatever the result, it’s worth considering that challenges help push us forward. Challenges aren’t to be avoided completely. They are to be recognised for what they are, a chance to grow.
