A matter of pride

The difference between good service and bad service, or a good product and a bad product, is pride. Are you doing it because you are proud to be doing it, or are you doing it simply because you have to?

As much as possible, we need to be proud of what we’re doing. We need to make things something we can be proud of.

Those who do this all the time really stand out. If it’s something you’re truly proud of and it is criticised, you truly feel it. This is greater motivation to do better work in the future. It’s a matter of pride.
