A model for the people

I've been given a strange opportunity to make an English course based on what I would like the people of Shonai to become. My next challenge is to find what that would look like. Definitely a good problem to have.

The problem with having people in Shonai become what I would like them to become is that they would have to leave! At least temporarily. I think they need to see more of the world to see how well they've got it here, but also to see the opportunities on hand.
