A simple lesson from Buddhism

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

Or it might be Taoism because of the connection to Ying and Yang, but without experiencing the bad, you cannot truly comprehend the good. What this means is, if you’re experiencing something ‘bad’ (which is also subjective) it just means that when the ‘good’ comes, you’ll better be able to understand and appreciate it.

Nothing is inherently good nor bad, it just is. But if something that happens is undesirable or makes you feel down, don’t despair. It might just be a lesson in disguise, or it could be a chance for you to truly appreciate something desirable when it comes.
