Get the practicalities out of the way

Ask and answer the basics

I think if you’re to create some sort of blog or YouTube or some creative endeavor, you should start with the basics. Start with answering the simplest questions about your chosen field that you can think of. Not only will this help give you that all important creative practice, it will also (somewhat, no need to be decisive here) cement your ideas on the topic. Most of the time, that’s what is useful, and the practicality is what people want anyway.

Which is to say, if you haven’t done that already, you probably should. Get the practicalities out of the way, and then get on with the business.

(Thinking of, I’m certainly one to talk, perhaps that’s why I’m writing this?)
