Bake your cake, but don’t just eat it.

This isn’t a post about baking cakes.

Put the cake in the oven and bake it until it’s done. Then bake the next one. Until it’s done.

Rinse and repeat.

It’s so easy to get caught up in the results. It’s so easy to get caught up in the things that go into the cake, sometimes at the expense of putting it in the oven!

Bake your cake. But don’t just eat it. Taste it. Savour it. Look for improvements, then make them the next time around.

Then bake again.
