Being rejected builds character

Tim Bunting Kiwi Yamabushi

When you get rejected, it tells you that you need to change. This change doesn't necessarily have to be to impress those who rejected you though, sometimes people are just plain wrong. It usually just means a change of tack is necessary.

Either way, when you are rejected, it can take time to rebuild. How you approach this rebuilding process shows your real attitude.

Most people hold some resentment against their rejectors. It helps to realise that this resentment can get in the way of your rebuilding. The sooner you can get past this, the better.

That's why getting rejected builds character. To get over the rejection, you have to make a change, and it has to be in a positive direction.
