Make it automatic

The hard part is getting started, but once you do, from there on it’s automatic. That’s why making getting started as automatic as possible is useful. Some days you will feel it, some days you will be naturally awake. Then some days you won’t. It’s those days that are the worst, but by making getting started automatic, by having a routine, the rest is easy. That’s why your routine has to be a priority too. If it isn’t, put it on your calendar. Make it automatic. Otherwise, your only choice is to force yourself to start.
