Compared to whom?

Flower in Japan in autumn shot by Tim Bunting

One of the worst things to do is to compare yourself to others, and it’s important to note that this includes when others compare you to others as well.

There are a few people I’ve grown up with or have been in a similar position to, and I’m sure it’s human nature for others to compare us. Their experiences are entirely different from mine, and that can be hard for others to understand.

This falls under the unchangeable category, and that means it aligns entirely with the ‘futile to worry about’ category.
