Can't sleep? Do some work, do something creative, write a blog or make a website. Make something. Consumption leads to more consumption but creativity leads to conscious consumption.

I call it conscious creativity. Making the conscious decision to put yourself in situations where you have to be creative. Then you can reap the rewards of conscious consumption too!

It's the same in teaching. You aren't teaching anything. What you're doing is providing the environment for people to learn conductively. I like to say that I don't teach, rather that I allow people to learn. It's just a matter of applying that theory to anything creative.
