Constant Positive Reset

On the theme of Uketamo from yesterday, never forget, every single moment is a new one. Every single moment is a new chance to push forward.

Our past experience often plays heavily on our current decisions, and there is a recency bias there too. You decided not to go out yesterday, thinking it wouldn't be fun. But it seems everyone else had fun and you missed out. Today though, is a different day with different possibilities. But judging on yesterday, you'd probably go out, right?

By the same token, something bad happening doesn't need to be repeated. When we get in a funk, we think it's because we're in a funk. But it doesn't have to be that way. One bad thing does not have to lead to another. Each moment deserves respect, and that means you need to look at it in a positive light.

Don't simply be in a state of constant reset, but in a state of constant positive reset.
